With two Mori Seiki CNC Turning Centers JMC can machine a wide variety of tight tolerance parts up to 15” in diameter and 21” inches in length. While offering superior surface finish and accuracy our CNC Turning capabilities include:

• Through the spindle diameters up to 2 5/8”

• Bar loader for efficiency on long run through the spindle work

• 10 tool capacity

• Wide assortment of inserted tooling for rapid machining
   and superior surface finish

• Work centers to handle vertical machining and finishing by
   one operator
