The policy of the Company is to operate under a quality
management system that complies with ISO 9001:2000 in order to ensure
customer satisfaction.
This policy will be effectively communicated
to our staff and customers, and our intention is to continually improve
our quality management system.
The objectives of our quality of service
include:
- Strive to meet our customers’ delivery requirements
100% of the time
- Provide staff with suitable resources to carry out
their responsibilities, as
evidenced by reviewing resource needs within 30
days of identification
- Reduce the number of nonconforming products per month
as measured by
Customer rejects
- Respond to and reduce the number of customer complaints
- Reply to all quote requests in a timely manner
Deviation from the Company Policy is not permitted without prior written consent of Management.
The designated Quality function of an employee can only be re-assigned by the President.
This Quality Policy will be reviewed at the Management Review Meeting as part of long term planning.
